In May of 2023, I got quotes from 3 roofing companies and chose Silver Creek Exterior and Construction, L.L.C., to replace the roof on my house, as well as several other exterior home refurbishment projects. I am happy to share my positive experience. From replacing the gutters, repairing wood-rotted portions of the eaves, painting all the trim, and power-washing the limestone walls, Silver Creek exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the job, especially the biggest – the roof.Colton managed the entire process for Silver Creek and completed all the work in under 10 days, The trades people Colton sent have worked with him for may years and were punctual, organized, and communicated effectively throughout the entire process. Silver Creek also provided a drone video of the roofers at work and after completion.One concern I had was, after the harm and stress the landscaping around the house had endured from the last few years of hard freezes, would it be further damaged by the work. It came through nicely, even the small vegetable garden in the rear.In summary, Silver Creek provided a comprehensive total job, done well, and finished without hassles.
Silver Creek took all the stress out of having my roof replaced and I could not have asked for a better group to work with.Tyler was my point of contact on the project. He was incredibly professional and always available to field questions. After assessing damage from hail, he worked directly with my insurance company to make sure we were covered.We got the whole roof replaced and also added a solar fan to keep the attic cooler in the summer months. I appreciated being able to pay in various forms of payment from a cashier's check for the insurance money to a credit card for the extras.
My roof and gutters were damaged during the hail storm in 2021. I have never had any roof work done before so I was stressing over the number of roofing companies that were out there. Excellent experience for us getting a new roof and getting great gutter repair. Matt gave us a quick and good quote for required work. 3 days later 10 man crew showed up at 7am sharp and did a great job. Roof looks perfect and gutter repaired the following morning. This guy knows what he is doing and has a great crew. I would definitely use him again for any exterior work. Easy to see why Silver Creek is a preferred partner with Owens Corning Company.
Matt and the crew from Silver Creek were fantastic to work with. I never had any doubts about the quality of work-- they paid attention to details and answered every question so I knew I could trust the work. While other neighbors reported choosing companies who engaged in some sketchy billing practices and shortcuts to quality work, Silver Creek's estimate and billing info was completely clear and above-board and they checked that all the details were right. We were treated professionally, yet also kindly with awareness of our needs. Highly recommended!
A friend recommended me to Silver Creek. I got my hail damaged roof replaced. They also installed new gutters. Nathan was extremely professional, helpful and friendly from my first call to him. Spoke to me on a Sunday and Walked me through a entire process. He was true to his word and followed the plan. He came over the very next day to inspect my roof and managed the insurance inspector too.The roof team showed up on time and replaced my roof..extremely professional. I needed gutters and Nathan beat the market rate by a long shot. Really happy with high quality seamless gutters. I will be recommending Nathan and Silver Creek to anyone needing a roof replacement.
Colten and his team did an EXCELLENT JOB!!! We had a horrible experience with a contractor doing roof replacement from hail damage / insurance claim that was absolutely a train wreck!!!! We had to fire them as the work was horrifically bad. A friend pointed to me to Colten at Silver Creek and his team came out and reviewed the job and shared that we needed to do everything over to have it done correctly. As painful as that was to hear, it was the right thing to do after all the issues were exposed. Long story short, I have a lot of respect and appreciation for Colten and his crew as they worked hard every day and delivered an outstanding roof! Very Happy with our standing seamless roof that they installed. Professional, responsive, hard working team!
